University of Houston-Clear Lake
The University of Houston- Clear Lake was established in 1971. Much of their mission came from a request from NASA for more graduate studies related to space industries. They are one of the four institutions that make up the University of Houston System. Their main campus sits on 524 acres of land on a nature preserve in Houston, Texas, and they have an additional branch in Pearland, Texas.

The University of North Alabama is often called UNA and was founded in 1830. They first went by the name LaGrange College, which in French means “the barn”.
