Small But Powerful – Delaware

A small state with big beginnings, Delaware is the second smallest and sixth least populous state in the nation, and in fact, it is so small the state is only divided into 3 counties, the lowest number of counties in any state in America. Still, though it’s small is size and stature, Delaware was the very first state to ratify the Constitution of the United States on December 7, 1287, making it “The First State” in the nation.
